Great accommodations for family vacation

Apartment-size accommodations provide great space for a family vacation. The resort is very nice with lovely landscape, onsite pools and mini golf. Historic Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water Country are close by to enjoy.

Busch gardens rest spot

this place was perfect for our family. We could walk to the pool, coffee house and food. It was only a 20 minute drive to Busch Gardens so we came back for naps and went back without any issues.

Overall, the property looked nice. My single complaint is our room had an overpowering smell of old smoke. Like someone had lived there and smoked in the rooms A LOT. I woke up in the middle of the night and the smell nauseated me. As I checked out I asked if the property had smoking and non-smoking rooms. I thought maybe I failed to select non-smoking when I made the reservation. She said all rooms are non-smoking. I told her the property we stayed in had been definitely smoked in….she said she’d make a note of it.

Fun for the family

Overall location and property were great. Check in process took a long time. Rooms are not guaranteed ready until 4:00. FYI, resort fee is $28 total ($25 fee + $3 in tax). Also, the coffee house on site was not open, even on a Saturday morning at 9:00. Cute property and comfy beds. Lots of stuff to do.
