Perfect Getaway

We were very impressed with the home and property. Everything is well cared for and the house has all your basic needs. It's a little ways from Fredericksburg, but a beautiful drive! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Heilung Haus.

We really enjoyed our mom’s weekend away from the kids!! The house was peaceful and tucked away from everything. The hot tub was the best!!

Do it for the Sauna

This place was fantastic. It's brand new so everything is nice, clean, and works. Well decorated and just the right size. It is a little pricey, but how many other listings have deer and a private sauna. Probably our new go to stay in Fredericksburg.

Peace

If you are wanting to sip coffee in the early morning and watch the deer, this is your place. If you want to see the endless number of stars in the sky that the city doesn’t have, this is your place. Close enough to town that its not a burden but far enough away to clear you mind. We will definitely be booking again…

Special Getaway

The property was wonderful. Secluded, quiet, quaint! I do wish the property was a tad bit closer to town but the drive was a great opportunity for conversation. The house was so clean it looked brand new. The beds were adjustable bases which made the comfort level that much better. Cowboy hot tub. Sauna. Outdoor seating. 10/10!

We love the Texas Hill Country, and particularly the Fredericksburg area of the Hill Country. This area is exceptionally beautiful, showcases varied terrain and countless hardwood trees, and boasts the largest number of wineries and vineyards anywhere in Texas!

What makes this property unique

This property is 22 acres large and boasts 2.5 miles of manicured walking trails, and our nearest neighbor is about a 1/4 of a mile away. Additionally, our heated Cowboy Pool, Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna (Near, Mid, and Far Infrared), 2 firepits, cornhole game, and outdoor furniture set the bar high when compared to our contemporaries. We also provide a complimentary bottle of wine for each reservation!
