Located in a quiet suburb of Korcula, it is 5 minutes drive to the city center. Facility has a pool the size of 42m2 next to the beautiful north terrace; on the south terrace offers a view of the village and nearby fields. The villa consists of a ground floor and top floor which are connected by external staircase. The ground floor has two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room and modern kitchen (microwave, dishwasher). In the attic is a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living room and terrace with a view of the archipelago of Korcula and Peljesac peninsula. The villa has two parking spaces.
