Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Make sure the upper patio and fire pit lights are both set to come on at sunset (+2 hrs in summer or +4 hrs in winter).
Hot tub jets should be off, temp 99-104, and cover on.
Blackstone griddle should be clean, grease trap emptied, propane tank off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
