Separate dining room seating for 8-10 with beautiful french doors leading to outside dining patio. A large cedar outdoor shower is conveniently located off the driveway which leads into laundry/ mud room.
Master suite with Carrera marble tile with separate bath and glass shower and a wonderful covered porch overlooking the yard and pool. Guest bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bath.

2nd Floor- Second master suite with vaulted ceiling and french doors to private deck overlooking expansive yard and distant Atlantic Ocean views. Huge walk in closet with custom shelving and Carrera marble tile bath. 2nd upstairs bedroom also with vaulted ceiling is a perfect bunk room complete with 2 sets of twin over full bunks, sleeping 6. 2nd private deck with distant Atlantic Ocean views. Bonus loft space complete with flat screen tv and and sofa with queen sleeper.

Lower level: Large entertainment room complete with 61” flat screen TV , XBOX 1, Foosball and Pingpong table. Fifth bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath.
