This is a charming and bright property on a beautiful piece of land. Everything was fresh and clean in the house. The host was very flexible and quickly resolved the one small issue we had very quickly. We were 6 adults and needed all four rooms, but only three had bedding - the office was not set up for sleeping, so be aware of that if you need it. Overall an excellent stay and we would love to go back again.

It was a beautifully decorated very clean home with high end amenities in a wonderful peaceful location. It was stocked nicely with everything you could need. I definitely would pack less if staying here again, which I would love to be able.We had 5 adults and 3 older teenagers and we fit comfortably. We loved our visit to Nantucket and hope to return soon!

Most delightful home

We’ve stayed at many homes on Nantucket and this one was by far the most lovely. Brand new, full amenities, clean and beautifully decorated. And super convenient to town, beaches, bike paths and great restaurants. Super accommodating to special requests as well. Five stars!!

Perfect location on Cliff Rd. Beautiful and very comfortable home with a well appointed kitchen. Diana (host) and Tom (caretaker) were welcoming and attentive. Can't wait to return.

The property exceeded what it looked like in pictures! Diana was very responsive and accommodating for early ferry arrival times. The property is within walking distance to everything. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Diana was a gracious and accommodating host and the house and location are wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised to see how easy it was to transition to our vacation life. The house was clean, modern and well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs, towels and a blanket were provided and ready for the beach. It was amazingly turnkey. We will be back!

Stroll stay!

We had a beautiful stroll weekend at Diana’s property with our family. It was an easy check in process and Diana was very responsive. Location is ideal and easily walkable to town for coffee, lunch, and much more! Bedrooms were spacious for 3 couples with plenty of room for a crib for our nephew. Kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes. My only complaint, while minor, was that the bathrooms did not have shampoo/condition or extra toilet paper.
