The living room offers comfortable seating for viewing the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining room features a table for six as well as access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and features dark countertops against white cabinetry and backsplash. A half bath is also located on the first floor.

The first-floor bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower. The second floor features two additional bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with double sinks and shower. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, TV, and bathroom with shower/tub combo.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Great cozy updated villa

We stayed for the half marathon and we all thought it was cute and updated. The villa has everything you need in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would rent again!

Great stay.

Only suggestion would be a upgrade on sheets. It’s beautifully decorated and had everything you could ask for. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect retreat
