This spacious property has a beautiful heated outside pool and hot tub. An outside dinning area for 10 people and garden area to sunbathe and enjoy Guatemala's perfect climate. You will find an outside full pool bathroom with pool towels, shower and separate toilette.
A full kitchen and an indoor dinning table in an open space for up to 10 people is perfect for family and friends. Two living rooms with one 52" Smart TV and a small round casual dinning table.

Has 2 queen size beds + full bathroom with Smart TV, shower, towels and amenities. Big size walk-in closet. For 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. Private garden access.
Bedroom # 2
Has 1 queen size bed + 1 full size bed, with Smart TV, full bathroom with shower, towels and amenities. Big size walk-in closet. For 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child. Beautiful garden and pool view.
