The space
Whole apartment includes two nice sized bedrooms with queen sized beds. Ceiling fan, fast Wi-Fi, washer & dryer on site, pet friendly, private guest access, and fully stocked kitchen.
Other things to note:
Please pick up after your pets. This includes what they leave behind, from beneath their tail, in the yard. There is a dumpster on the side of the house for all waste. Including pet poop. Everyone appreciates this! There is no cable tv. TV is a smart TV with Roku. This means you can stream your favorite and familiar movies, channels, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Free streaming services include Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+, and Paramount+.
We will provide an initial stocking of toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and paper towel. However, it will be your responsibility to furnish your own necessities including toothpaste, hygiene products, toilet paper, tissue, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee etc. for extended stays.
For extended stays, you are responsible for your own laundry, including bedding.
Book appropriately! Unauthorized pets will result in an additional fee of at least $100.
We are smoke free. Smoking or vaping in home will result in an additional fee of at least $100.
Unauthorized guest will result in an additional fee of $50 per guest per night.

Not worth the money

Not the best location. The outside looked terrible. The kitchen was not fully stocked. No paper towels, only two small bath towels in the bathroom even though there were three guests. Didn’t get an access code. Had to call the host to get it and he didn’t know that we were coming. Afterwards, the worst experience I’ve had ever. I thought it was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like someone smoked something other but cigarettes.
