2500 square feet of beachfront living, with the laid back beach vibe next to Los Arcos, a landmark in Puerto Vallarta, that you can hop on your paddle board, we have two, and be there in 10 minutes. We are 5 miles south of the Zona Romántica, close enough for a great meal and far enough away to have peace and quiet with your family. The Sunsets are unmatched with unobstructed views of Banderas Bay and the city. Gorgeous pools and a lovely sandy beach await your visit as the whale breach and frolic just off the cost, close enough to touch. Four bedrooms cooled by the ocean breeze and five AC units provide comfort even on the toastiest day. Four and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen, spacious living room, dining room and my favorite a gorgeous covered veranda await you in this beach lovers oasis.
