• POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL FOR $25+TAX/NIGHT ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY WHICH MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. (NOTE: MAY TO SEPTEMBER POOL HEATING OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE)
•Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated. For safety reasons, the pool temperature will not be set higher than 80 degrees. We cannot guarantee the pool's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
• Pool:Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week.They will enter from the backyard door.They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team.If it happens to fall during your stay,we will notify you in advance.Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be.Guest understands and agrees to access.
