Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade for housekeeping. Sign out of the TV. Leave the thermostat at 74 in the spring/summer and 65 in the fall/winter.
Ensure bikes are returned to shed & locked. Fold down & cover patio umbrella. Turn off & cover fire pit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
