The Villa Madeira Resort in Madeira Beach is the perfect location for your family vacation. This secure and well maintained building is located in the heart of Madeira Beach, is in easy walking distance to John's Pass, and is situated directly on the sand. The resort pool is heated throughout the year, and provides plenty of space and seating for relaxing or enjoying the Florida sun.

This top floor condo give you an outstanding view of the beach and Gulf from both the master bedroom and the living room, and the screened-in private balcony allows for a comfortable and cool area to relax or dine in.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining bathroom. The master bath has a custom oversize walk-in shower, and private sink and toilet areas. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin size bunk beds. The guest bath off the main area includes a shower/tub combination.

The living room is setup with plenty of seating, along with a new 42" flat screen and a unique Tiki bar theme off the kitchen. Plenty of books, games, and DVD's for your off-beach entertainment, and easy access to the outdoor balcony area.

The kitchen is newly remodeled and is equipped with a full selection of cookware and dinnerware.

Includes all linens, bath and beach towels, and a good selection of beach chairs and toys! Full size washer and dryer, free high speed WiFi and cable television.

Bestest place !

This is a wonderful condo! Beautiful views and top floor so no outside noise Very convenient to restaurants and ice cream store across the street! The pool was very nice and also heated! Wonderful place so we will be back next year!!!!

Can't beat the breath taking view of the gulf. Appreciated the updated living & dining area furniture since booking. Master bed & 2nd bedroom mattresses could be updated. Though master bath shower is HUGH, room w/ shower & toilet tight. LOVED the captain's chairs on the lanai & spent hours there w/ morning coffee & sunset drinks. ☕🍹 GREATLY appreciated all the beach chairs, umbrella etc. Great price for 3BR, 2 bath top floor unit directly on the gulf. Would be more convenient if entire complex was keyless. Will be back🏝🏖

Old condo

Condo is nice but old. The elevator broke down most of 2 days!! Being with parents that were 80 and on the 6th floor, we were basically stuck!! Thank God the view was nice. Heated pool was broke as well. We were disappointed to say the least.

Cozy Condo

Property was nice until hurricane came, was kept up to date thru property management, has 2 big chairs on deck with table and chairs screened in porch with fan, close to John’s Pass Listened to music at Ricky Ts Ate at Dave’s place , Caddy’s , and a couple other places ice cream across the street Sure didn’t want to leave
