This guest-friendly 1-bedroom condo is located near the heart of the action, off Pedro Clisante road, the main entertainment strip of Sosua! Yet far enough to be quiet.
This condo is inexpensive but has everything you need, and is near the beach, and all bars and restaurants. It is fully furnished and equipped, with cable TV, internet Wi-fi, A/C etc.
A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (no extra fee)
- No smoking inside the unit.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Awesome place with a great location
The condo was really nice for the low price and was in a perfect location. We did not need to rent a car and were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and the security guards were very good guys. I would definitely reccomend others to stay here.
