We had a great time! The property was very large and comfortable with many amenities. The management team was super responsive and fixed any issues quickly. We had an issue with access to a bedroom when we checked-in and would have liked to have more direct access to additional beach towels. Other than that, it was a great stay!

This property was stellar! Honestly! It felt luxurious without being inaccessible. Everybody was able to rest Lounge relax with enough space for 12 people mainly adults. The pools especially having two separate ones was so relaxing because some people wanted to float and chill. Someone wanted to tan and someone wanted a little more action we all were able to get what we needed. The rooms were perfectly set up and very, very comfortable with beautiful views of either the pools or the wildlife. With such a quick walk down or golf cart, which I suggest to the touristy areas you had both the quiet relaxation of Costa Rican, beauty and access to nightlife dinner and activities right around the block. The host was incredible providing feedback and communication whenever we needed it and the individual who looks after the house Daily was so kind and kept the place spectacular. I can’t say enough about how perfect this day was. I will say that my son is handicap and paralyzed on the left side but was able to access everything he needed. The property is up a hill so remember what they say about Costa Rica and if you’re renting a car, make sure that I can withstand by Costa Rican terrain. Trust me when I say you want to stay here.

House was not ready

We rented the house for the end of our Costa Rica trip. We drove in from Monteverde at 6pm to find the maid surprised to see us and still cleaning from the last stay.I informed Olga who said the group prior to us had a party and left a very bad mess and broke the roof overhang.We said no problem we would leave our luggage and go have dinner. After 3 hours for being gone one of the houses was still not ready. The listing is either for one house or two depending on the group size which I was not aware of.The barbecue grill had no propane gas so we could not use it.Travelling after for 10 days with a group of 28 of which two 85 year olds,attended a wedding,one of the 85 year badly hurt from a fall, we had to get them to San Jose and back to England .The end of our trip we all just needed time unwind.For a luxury rental the bathrooms, beds,linens, overall condition of the place was not up the high standard we have previously encountered in other homes we have rented.
