Great pool, Slow Front Desk

Front desk was very slow and very unfriendly. Bellman was courteous. Overall a nice spot but probably overpriced. Pool was great.

Nice hotel and room was very clean however hectic check in process that took over an hour at the front desk. The room was different than the photos. No balcony or real kitchen as pictured. Pool was very strict couldn't bring towels to room or bring in a water bottle.

I did not receive the room as described when I reserved. There was no balcony, washer and dryer or half kitchen. I had other family who also stayed and they all had microwaves in their room. I did not. I was also charged about 160 more than expected, from what I was told is the final price. For the price, please be accurate in what people will receive and there should at least be basic amenities. I could not even receive a bucket for ice.

Clean room, nice view, and convenient to cruise terminal/airport. I'd stay there again. Host could have been better about providing check-in information. It wasn't provided, and I requested it 2 days in advance and did NOT get a response. I thought that it'd be like checking into a hotel and wanted to confirm. It turned out as I thought but would had been nice to get a response.
