The cutest little loft space. We rented it for a concert at the Fillmore and it was so close, and easy to get to and from. Check in process was easy, and host was amazing for contact.

An absolute pleasure to host! They left the place spotless and followed all house
rules. Great communication throughout their stay. I would happily welcome them back anytime. Highly recommended guest! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The location was perfect. We enjoyed the dispensary and the Green Dot across the street. The room was super nice and had a great re-claimed atmosphere.
This loft is gorgeous, clean, restaurant across the street and the neighborhood is quiet. One major plus about this loft is there is a Dispensary downstairs, same building as the loft!! I highly recommend this loft and it's close to downtown and all the great restaurants. This loft gets 10 stars!
I absolutely loved this place! I’d like to stay here EVERY TIME I’m in Detroit! A classy little loft space that reminded me of being in Bushwick, Brooklyn again. I kind of wished I lived there haha.
I've stayed in a few different apartments in this building, they've all been interesting and unique. Walking distance to Corktown. Bonus is Green Dot Stables is right across the street! Host was easy to communicate with, apartment was clean and as it appears in the ad.
Easy access to all local venues. Gritty like the city but only in the best way possible. Owner was very responsive through the entire process. Great layout in the loft, good eye for design. Views of the Ambassador Bridge and Michigan Central at night were gorgeous!
The loft exceeded my expectations for an overnight in Detroit. My boyfriend and I wanted to go to the casino and spend the night and it was perfect. The building is a little run down but the loft is very cute and cozy. Close to the casino and plenty of places to eat or order food from nearby.

We had a lovely stay. Easy convenient parking, and cool industrial/boho aesthetic in the space. I was here to run in the local marathon and the location was perfect. You can’t beat the view of the Ambassador Bridge and the train station. I loved that it was walking distance to two of my favorite restaurants and everything else I needed to get to was an easy Uber ride away. The host was super quick with replies and was friendly and helpful!
Pictures are accurate, the loft is cute and comfortable for two. I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness of the property because of the building, not the nicest building but the loft itself is nice. Location isn't bad, we were able to go get food close by. The view of the bridge is cool. Check in process wasn't too bad I just struggled with the building door a little lol. Overall a good stay!

Don’t let the outside fool ya, the inside of the loft is beautiful and very clean!! 10/10
Apartment itself was very nice and clean, gated parking was a huge plus. Only place I’ve ever stayed at that’s 420 friendly so that was solid. Host was very communicative and checking in was as easy as it gets, although the way the apartments is kind of confusing lol. And idk who Kelly is, but she left her Amazon signed on the tv and she has all of the bonus subscriptions so that was tight. 10/10 would stay again
Had a wonderful time at this nice cozy pad. 420 friendly was very nice but if you aren’t into that don’t worry, when you walk inside the apartment at first you wouldn’t know that it was. Everything was clean and smelled fresh and nice inside. Check in to check out went great and an item was left behind and the host even able to make arrangements to pick it up the next day : ) Thank you so much. It was an amazing trip.

My husband and I wanted a place to stay while visiting for a concert. The place offered secured parking, loft bedroom with kitchen and bathroom. There was wifi and access to laundry facilities as well. It was a short Uber ride to hockey town where we had dinner before our event and then a short walk to the venue.
The host Erica answered all of my questions prior to attending and gave very easy instructions for access. The place was very clean, and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend her place to anyone needed a spot to stay in the area. We had a great stay!

Thank you so much, we really appreciate you allowing us to host you!!! Please come back anytime.
This was so perfect for us! We ate at Green Dot Stables before checking in. Easy checkin. Gated parking lot. 2 flights of stairs up. Nice private entrance with ring camera at the door. Nice cute place, perfect size for us for the night. The shower was small but worked. The view of the ambassador bridge and the train station were amazing!! Bed was comfy. It was so awesome that we could relax inside and smoke on the counch. Only issue we had was when leaving the gate to the parking lot would not shut and was stuck open. I reached out to the host and they were very responsive and said they would let management know. I also talked to someone that lived there that was also leaving and they said it may have gotten froze open and it will close eventually. We will definitely be back again!
Detroit Native, I enjoy painting, bike riding and cuddling with my cat Venus.
