We stayed here for a concert at Ford Field. It was close enough that we walked home after the concert (about 1.3 miles). Beds were comfortable and would stay here again.

The location is great if being centrally located is your priority, but the cleanliness was very disappointing.The kitchen surfaces were sticky with visible handprints, and the bathroom had mold, peeling paint on the bathtub, and a ceiling that was falling apart. The towels were extremely worn out, practically falling apart, and the toilet paper was almost transparent (photos attached ).

Very quick stay. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. The apartment itself could use a deep cleaning. Floors and baseboards were pretty filthy. However, the bed was clean and no bugs. Good location and for what we needed it was good.

Quiet and comfortable,

We stayed here after a full day at the Detroit Institute of Art. It was quiet, the arcade games were a hit, and the comfy couch was great to unwind and relax with a movie after walking all day.
