Clean rooms, balcony could have used a quick rinse. Pool and view were nice. Gym was out of order. Overall all it met our needs.

Spring break 2025

Overall it was a nice place. It could have been cleaned just a little better. There was still a lot of sand in the rug in the living room when we arrived. Beautiful views of the beach.

Conveniently located beach-front condo!

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Orange Beach. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out and the building was conveniently located between the beach and town amenities like the grocery store. This is a great location if you want to be in the middle of things. The condo's decor was comfortable and the space was clean. We received the wrong condo front door code for check-in, and even though we arrived late evening, we were able to reach someone for the corrected code pretty quickly.

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed feedback! We're so glad the condo had everything you needed for a comfortable and spacious stay in Orange Beach. It’s great to hear the location worked well for both beach access and nearby amenities—being in the heart of it all really makes a difference. We apologize for the mix-up with the door code at check-in, but we’re happy our team was able to assist you promptly, even during the evening hours. At Liquid Life, we want our guests to feel supported and right at home throughout their entire stay. We’d love the opportunity to host you again soon!

Cleanliness

Towels had hair stuck in them from I guess the previous visitors. The toilet leaked constantly and when I called to let them know, I was told someone would be by to fix and they never showed up.
