Two (2) master suites with direct access to deck/outdoors. Newly added wet bar for expanded entertaining. Giant Playroom stocked with toys & books, Ping-pong, Pool Table/Air Hockey, Child-safety features throughout, optional. Home exercise options feature: yoga/pilates room with supplies, fitness room with stairmaster, treadmill, weights, bench and stretching area.

If you must work during your stay, the property offers a sun-filled home office with the fastest internet available in the Hamptons. The entire property gets perfect cell reception. The house has a back-up generator.

All the gear you need for the fun is included: Beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrellas), Bicycles (child seat option), outdoor sporting equipment including golf clubs, and firewood. Surf board and stand-up paddle board optionally available.

Perfect location and beautiful setting

The house is kept immaturely and worked so well for our family reunion. The house is full of fun games, activities and equipment to make a stay in the Hamptons feel like you’re at home. The homeowner Liz was a great point of contact throughout our stay! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay, beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay on this property. We had a big family reunion for a weekend and the property was beyond expectations (even photos). It truly has everything you could ask for and is particularly great for kids of all ages. Everyone really enjoyed it. Thank you!
