**Suntide III started improvement work on September 17, 2025, and the project is scheduled to take 150 days through February 13, 2026. Factors such as weather and changes in scope may extend this timeline. The improvement project will involve:
Balcony Patio Renovation for all units ending in 03, 04, and 05.

North and South elevator shafts.
North elevator will be out of service from October 27 through November 23, the south elevator will be operational and available for the public.
South elevator will be out of service from December 8 through January 4, 2026, the north elevator will be operational and available for the public.

A/C unit condenser storages spalling and waterproofing work. The planned work will require the movement of the exterior air conditioner units, affecting the AC service availability in units ending in 01 & 02, and 9 & 10, as indicated below:

North Side. Stacks 1 & 2
Floors 2nd to 5th. October 27 through November 9, 2025
Floors 6th to 9th . November 10 through November 23, 2025
Floors 10th to 12th, November 27 through December 7, 2025

South Side. Stacks 9 & 10
Floors 2nd to 5th. December 22 through January 4, 2026
Floors 6th to 9th . January 5 through January 18, 2026
Floors 10th to 12th, January 19 through February 1, 2026

Staircase & Elevator Access
One of the staircases will always be accessible and one elevator will remain in operation during the renovation period, as follows:

The north staircase will be available for the public during the work on the south elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work.
The south staircase will be available for the public during the work on the north elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work.

Emergency exit signs and evacuation routes will be posted during the renovation period; the outdoor pool and patio area will not be affected during the renovation project. The indoor pool and spa will remain open and accessible. Adjustments to access points are expected, along with scaffolding in the back of the building, construction noise, and dust throughout the duration of the improvement project.

The sunrises and even the sunsets allow you to feel overwhelmed with the spectacular views from this condo. The outdoor furniture in its array of color lets you enjoy morning coffee in the peace and quiet with a brisk of the wind from afar. When the evening stars come out, enjoy a glass of wine from the dry bar which has an assortment of glassware to use during your stay.

The inviting dining area is perfect for enjoying meals prepared in the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you might need. The extended countertop with offers additional seating. A laundry room with a washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay.

Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a supermarket, liquor store, and a movie theater. A free public bus also stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to superb attractions on the island, as well as Port Isabel.

Best Condo Rental on the Island!

The location, cleanliness, and view are the best on the island! Trust me, as someone who has grown up in the valley and going to SPI my whole life, this condo ranks at the top of my list for places to stay! Very impressed with it. We loved our stay and will be going back soon!

Condo was nice & comfortable. Issues started with construction still on going & no outdoor pool use. Told we could not use balcony until it was cleared by manager. That issue was resolved. Had no internet for first half of stay. Upon check in they asked for another 300 plus dollars just in case damaged accrued in condo. This was to be reimbursed but it has not been. When asked for a receipt upon check out- I was told they could not give me a printed out receipt nor return my deposit. Condo was great it was everything else that was a disaster.

Beautiful Room/needs better management

Room as absolutely beautiful!! I have no complaints about the room and the cleanliness of it when we arrived. But the pool needs daily cleaning and the light on at night!! Indoor pool needs a good intense cleaning. Front desk needs to let guests know when maintenance is going and not just find a man in your room when you come in.
