Looking for a place large enough for the whole Family? Welcome to your ultimate escape in the Lake Almanor Country Club. This large, (3100 sq.ft) 2 story home is great for family and friends. You'll have enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the stay. 4 bedrooms on the main floor and a downstairs game/rec room with an additional bedroom including double bunk beds. The kids will love it! You can enjoy your choice of 2 separate decks, front or back. The large, open kitchen is a great place to prepare meals and visit. Well stocked with typical cookware, dishes, etc. There are 2 bathrooms on the main floor. 1 is attached to the master bedroom which includes a shower. The guest bathroom is bathtub only. The downstairs bathroom is a tub/shower combo. The home offers 2 large screen tv's, bluetooth soundbar w/subwoofer, Wii gaming console downstairs, ping pong table, and much more. The large, gently sloped driveway offers plenty of space for multiple vehicles and also is easily accessible for boat/trailer parking. With close access to both Rec areas, you can walk or or take a quick drive down to enjoy the great amenities the Country Club offers. Don't hesitate to book your stay in this great home, centrally located in the wonderful Lake Almanor Country Club.

Our home is located within the gated Lake Almanor Country Club community.

You can bring your boat and use the boat ramps. LACC charges $125 ( per CF number) for boat access - Valid for 7 days. These fees are not included in the booking costs.

*Our home has a security camera, located outside, between the garage doors.

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please leave the used beds unmade so it’s easy to identify and put all used towels in the bathtubs/shower (to prevent wet towels from staying laying on the floors).

Please turn off all appliances, TV’s, fans and lights.

Please close all windows and blinds so the house does not heat up.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house is in a terrific location, and it's got everything you need for wonderful vacation! Very clean and the downstairs living room and play area was perfect for my 2 grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay with family and friends at this property. The owners were very accommodating with communication, check-in process, and even letting us know about community events while we were there. The house comfortably accommodated two families. The kids loved the game room downstairs. The location of this house is amazing, with just a short walk to rec 1.

Fabulous place to stay!

We stayed here for our annual family trip. With a mix of ages 1-78 it was perfect. A spot for both teenagers and adults. The teenagers loved the downstairs which had a ping pong table, Wei and all kinds of board games. The upstairs was perfect where adults could gather and catch up. Definitely a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time. The house is located about midway on the peninsula & we took scenic walks every day.The house has available every appliance & utensil that you can imagine (blender, toaster, coffee pot) including an excellent kitchen map!It is an incredibly quiet house with a large dining table that we sat around every evening. We also took advantage of the spacious deck in front with a beautiful view of trees.

Spacious home in a lovely setting, walkable to the lake and rec areas. Well equipped with everything needed for a stay, with a well-appointed kitchen and laundry room. Decks to the front and back offer the chance to sit out for meals or a drink or to use the grill. Can be warm indoors on a hot summer day but there are fans supplied in all rooms and often an evening breeze off the lake. Plenty of lake activities available or visit Chester or hike Mount Lassen. Our first visit to the area and we loved it.

Highly Recommended!

We had such a nice stay at this well maintained and spacious house! The Owner’s had great communication, let us know when we could check in, and were just overall nice to work with. There was plenty of room for our two families, and the kids loved playing downstairs in the spacious Game Room. They also loved having a sleepover in the bunk room. The house was well stocked with Kitchen supplies, and had plenty of places to sit and eat together. We enjoyed breakfast in the Dining Room, and dinners on the back porch. The bedrooms were spacious with room for luggage and dressers to put clothes in and the beds were all comfortable with nice sheets. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels. This house is close proximity to Rec 1 and we had fun taking bike rides and walks down there, and to the point. We would definitely rent this house again!
