Introducing Tan Lines PPV300! This stunning property is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Just off 11th Street near the beach, golf cart rentals & The Texan, it offers ample parking and is right next to the community pool. The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing without feeling cramped. Primary bedroom on the first floor with three more bedrooms and a second living area upstairs. For larger groups check out our sister property located directly across the pool, Coral Breeze PPV400! The two houses combined, offer 8 bedrooms accommodating 26!

- A two to three-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $150.00+tax, per pet, per stay short term, $250 + tax, per pet, per stay long term. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
