These Fabulous units are Completely Furnished with King Beds, Large Kitchens with Full-Size Appliances, Washer and Dryer, Linens and Towels, NEW Queen Sofa Sleepers and Comfy Recliners.
2 Block Walk to the Clubhouse where you may use the Fully Equipped Fitness Center, Large Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Outdoor Hot Tub, and Lighted Tennis/Pickle Ball Courts. Order a Meal in the Clubhouse Restaurant and of course Reserve a Tee Time to Golf on the Newly Renovated Championship Golf Course.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more ahead of arrival will receive a full refund of the amount paid LESS a handling fee of $25.
Reservations canceled 14-30 days ahead of arrival will forfeit ½ (half) the amount already paid.
Reservations canceled less than 14 days of arrival will forfeit full payment unless we can re-rent for the dates reserved that are being canceled.
We will do our very best to re-rent the condo and will not charge for any of the dates we can re-rent.
The owner has the right to waive any part of this cancellation policy due to emergencies or weather conditions.
A 100% credit of the amount paid could be used for dates at another time providing there is availability.

Great option to stay while in Branson

Condo was very comfortable, close to pool and club house. Pool and club house very nice, there is also a very nice hot tub there. We had 3 adults and 1 teenager the condo had plenty of space and 2 full bathrooms. It was also in good location, made it easy to get around Branson (besides the traffic around Branson). If we were to come back to Branson we would definitely try and book this condo.

Great Place

This was a great location for us to both visit and see Branson as well as Table Rock Lake. The kids loved the pool and the walk down to the river to throw rocks.

Great stay!

The owners were very accommodating, sent us info about restaurant close to condo, shopping and other helpful information. It was close to shows and hiking trails Quiet in the evening, good food at on site restaurant. Would highly recommend this unit and owners as they were very helpful and made it an enjoyable stay!

This was the perfect landing spot for our stay in Branson. Close to attractions. Well-stocked kitchen for us to prepare quick meals. Close to the property pool for a dip. Efficient and clean space. Loved it!

Thanksgiving getaway

Linda was AMAZING to work with! She very quickly answered any questions we had before we even arrived. Our kids loved the indoor pool and we loved that our friends were able to rent the condo next door! Very clean property! We are looking forward to staying with Linda again!

Nice place but...

Property manager didn't respond to any communications, required that we clean up after ourselves (wash and dry towels, wash dishes and unload dishwasher and put away plates and utensils, take trash out, etc,) but then charged cleaning fee AND had the temerity to suggest we leave a tip for cleaning. What?! WE should get a tip for cleaning the place ourselves! That said, the condo was nice, in a safe area and we enjoyed our stay. Not sure we will use VRBO the next time if all properties require cleaning someone else's house while on your vacation, then paying someone else to clean AND tipping someone else for the cleaning we did! Thinking we will go back to hotels where you can just enjoy your stay and not have to pay to clean up someone else's house.

Extra Clean, Extra Safe, Extra Functional

This is a great property conveniently located on Point Royale Golf Course. The owners had anticipated our every need with how they supplied the property and provided information and guidance. This was the cleanest VRBO property we have ever used. It is just a short walk or drive from the Golf Course Club House which we visited frequently for meals and take outs, all of which were excellent. Just a few added pieces of info on this property; It is on the second level reached with seven easy steps. The second bedroom does not have an en-suite bath or a ceiling fan but the second bathroom is immediately outside bath second bedroom door, very convenient if two couples are sharing. Recommend checking in daylight hours. The units in this complex look very much alike and the street and building numbers are not lit so it can be difficult to locate a specific unit, especially for the first time, in the dark. One other tip: Leave the porch light on if you are returning to the unit after dark so you can see the digital keypad to unlock the front door. Branson is a limitless pleasant playground of activities and we hope to return for another visit.

Lovely Branson

We had a wonderful time at this property. The condo had everything a person needs for your first day before you get to the grocery store. Point Royale Golf Village was a beautiful property. The pools were wonderful and refreshing, the Tiki bar was delightful. We went to see Jesus at the sights and sounds theatre which was fantastic. This year we decided to just sit back and relax and enjoy our week at the condo. I give this location 5 stars *****

We traveled to Branson for many years and enjoyed Branson so much. We were able to enjoy Branson's activities and enjoy a relaxing time while renting condos here at Pointe Royale Golf Village. We bought our first condo in 2009, after retiring from our full-time jobs, for our personal use and to offer nightly rentals to other travelers. Our first unit has been enjoyed and appreciated by so many guests that we purchased the unit next door in 2013.
