Our stay was wonderful! We loved the hot tub at the end of day. It was perfect. And it felt like home having everything you need especially coffee and spices. Truly a wonderful private gem.
The house is quite nice, out in the country and peaceful and quiet. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. The only drawback was that the Koi pond is not functional, and now full of mosquitoes and the yard could use a lot of cleanup and landscaping - it's very overgrown.. The microwave seems to have a broken handle and we chose to not use it. The coffee pot is actually a Keurig - so I ran into town to get a real coffee pot. Although I appreciate the aesthetic of all of the decorations, I would have appreciated having more clear space in order to set my items down, as I don't put things in drawers when I'm only travelling for a few days. I'm always afraid I'll forget something in a drawer. And - I had to unplug all of the candles, air fresheners in the home, as I'm sensitive to the smells.
House was nice, great setup. Had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and all the amazing stars at night. Overall it was a great stay but a couple little things would have made it even better. First, could have been a little cleaner around the garage. had a lot of old things piled up. Didnt distract from house or patio hot tub area but still noticeable when pulling in driveway. Also master bathroom door could be better, kept sliding back open. Again a little thing but couldve been better.
The house was absolutely perfect for our family! We loved sitting in the hot tub at night watching the stars and sitting around the fireplace. The house felt like a home not a rental, we will definitely stay here again!!
Wow this was a great little VRBO, looks like they have been doing some upgrades. Very rustic location with decent proximity to Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, & Williams. Ample space inside & outside for a group of 6. We had 3. The outside space was well thought out for a group too! We used the fireplace, hot tub, & gas grill! Not to mention the fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, pantry, and every kitchen spice you could possible want! Plus cold packs for our cooler. Towels for the hot tub & showering purposes. Ample hot water for daily showers and they did a great job emphasizing the need to conserve water. They also had a wonderful basket full of usable items you may have forgotten. Really considerate hosts! I could have stayed for the full Wisconsin winter.
Very nice and clean house. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking pans. Coffee maker is very nice. Extra spices and items left by others are still there for your use, which is a huge plus. The only thing that could be done to make this stay better would be to fix the master bathroom door so that it covers the whole door and stays in place. Until then, shutting the master bedroom door works.
This is a beautiful place! It’s very relaxing and well-supplied. The home is roomy and clean. The outdoor sitting area is the best feature! But the night skies can’t be missed. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed hosting Jamie and hid guests looking forward to his next visit
This was a beautiful property. Myself and family all loved the place. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace was a nice touch. Everything was clean and organized. It was very cozy and felt like a home.
Adorable cabin, with great hot tub, beds, movies and kitchen essentials. Great communication with owner. Definitely recommend! Right on path to Grand Canyon. Stop in Williams is a must!
Nice place. Good things in the backyard such as huge fireplace, hot tub, patio, grill.

Great stay! A bit confusing to get into, we stayed in Cabin B but the listing didnt say that anywhere. Very well stocked kitchen, laundry room, and space in general.very cozy, clean, and welcoming. Fresh cookies on the table and "in case you forgot" baskets were very nice touches. There is a separate phone number left on the instructions inside, but communication via VRBO app once we had arrived was nonexistent. I believe we left something behind, but nobody has reached back out to me to see if it is at the house! Overall, really great stay but communication could be a bit clearer.
Great spot for family and friends near Grand Canyon!
Sergei’s place has lots to offer. 3br 2ba. Living area and eat in modern kitchen. Quiet location off the main road to GC. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor fireplace and star gazing was a real treat. Check in was easy. Host communicated information well. Definitely recommend!
Place is a little small for 3 bedroom accommodations (we had 4 adults, 1 child), but it was fine for just sleeping there. Can't really make big meals comfortable for 5. Hot tub was a little green and needing a little upkeep, but overall stay was satisfactory.

Grand Canyon getaway
Property was very nice. Outdoor fireplace and hot tub were wonderful. 2 feet of snow prior to arrival. Got stuck twice trying to drive up driveway. This was a difficult storm, but driveway should be cleared for guests.
The road to get here takes some finesse. Very little neighbors and very little road traffic. There is a beautiful koi pond, fireplace and a hot tub outdoors. Inside is a cozy 3 bedroom with all the amenities to help assist you. Would definately stay here again and will recommend to others.

Awesome property, fantastically stocked kitchen, challenge to locate in the dark
I was very concerned when I asked several questions over a week ahead of time that went unanswered. As it turns out Vrbo has incorrect contact info. Our stay was fantastic other than arriving way late and just after a rain, so was a tad challenging to find. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The air conditioning was welcome. The kitchen was the best stocked of any kitchen we have stayed at, anywhere in the world. I definitely know what coffee maker I'm buying next...& found it here..The gas BBQ worked great, the spa was a tad strong on the chlorine, but clean. Living room is cozy, but fit six. Dining fits six if you juggle the table. Al in all, it was a fabulous stay & wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
We had an excellent stay! My mother, daughter (16), sister and her twin boys (11) all stayed for a week. We LOVED it! The house was clean and had lots of extra little things that made the stay much easier! Location was great as nothing is close to anything else! We found the 45 minutes to Grand Canyon and 1 hour to Sedona were easy. Flagstaff was only about 35 minutes. The stars at night were stunning!! The koi pond, patio and hot tub were so comfortable! The beds were soft and we were out like lights everywhere night! We would DEFINITELY come back again!!
Great location for grand canyon trip, large hot tub and cozy rustic house. About 45 min to south rim, nice to soak in hottub after hiking. Alot of thoughtful additions, newer appliances, washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Gave 4 stars because we would have liked the kitchen to be a little better stocked. We had 6 people and there were 5 glasses, no spatula or measuring utensils and not enough silverware. However, overall this place rocked. It gave us everything we really needed for a good price. Outdoor area was bonus. We would recommend it.
yard needed maintenance pond dirty not working ,weeds and garbage no effort to get ready for paying guest. dirty linen left in closet place could use a good cleaning lights don't work and road to get to the house is terrible will not go back
