Our cottage is located in the Barber district of Chico - a beloved historic neighborhood that rests at the South side of downtown Chico. The Barber is known for being walkable with mature trees, and Downtown is just a few blocks away.

Guests enjoy driveway parking and private entrance. No spaces are shared.

Enjoy a stylish retreat in this centrally-located studio just minutes from downtown Chico, grocery and dining.

Keyless self check in, off street parking and a private garden entrance make this a convenient choice for visitors.

Quick overnight stay

This clean, cute & well appointed cottage was perfect for a quick get away for my husband and I. The cottage had everything we needed and the bed linens and bath towels were so nice. I will be purchasing some for my home. We will definitely be back!

Great little place!

So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.
