Enjoy a stylish experience at this charming 2 BR, 2 BA home with heated pool, in the heart of Old Town, Key West. You will be within a block from Duval Street, Hemingway House, Moondog, Blue Heaven and the Key West Lighthouse. Watch Key West stroll by from the private front porch or enjoy the shared pool. This 2 story house has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on separate floors. The well appointed kitchen has stainless appliances. There is an outdoor grill for your use, and an outdoor dining area.

This is a two story stand alone house. The first floor has a bedroom, full bathroom, living room with sofa bed, washer/dryer, and kitchen. The second floor has a bedroom and full bathroom and a nice view of the pool below.

You will have sole access to the entire house, including front and back porches. The pool and yard is shared with the other five units.

A max of 6 people is permitted. A mid stay cleaning is required ($300 for the mid stay cleaning, $300 for the end of stay cleaning).
So sorry, no pets.

No smoking is permitted inside the house or on the grounds.

Location, location, location! The front porch is great for people watching while the back yard and pool are relaxing and serene. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are good sizes. All modern conveniences are available in the house, and it is stylishly decorated.
