About the host
Hosted by Teresa Nye
My husband and I have always loved hosting. We enjoy our annual Christmas Eve party where friends from my husband's military days come because they have no family locally. Now, the married kids and their little ones come.
We have also hosted coveted gourmet dinners on our patio with a panoramic view of the Puget Sound that have gone for thousands at our school and athletic auctions.

Why they chose this property
We enjoy the friendliness of Lake Jovita. Everyone waves whether they know you or not. Everyone is helpful and genuinely nice. We are safe inside the gate. The students at Saint Leo next door don't even lock their car doors. It is a beautiful piece of Florida.
What makes this property unique
We have a direct view of the 18th green with Lake Jovita beyond and you can glimpse the 9th green as well. Groups will gather along the green waiting for the rest of the players to finish out. It's exciting to hear them hoot and holler for their friends in the group coming up behind them.
