Barton Springs Haven
Two blocks from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, this duplex has been recently renovated and is a perfect spot for checking out everything in Austin. Walking distance to the TownLake Trail, some really great restaurants and shopping. Nice side deck for outside eating/grilling with a good size fire pit and large table with chairs. Another private deck off the back bedroom overlooking secluded tree covered yard. Includes three bedrooms, two queen beds and one king.

About 900 sq. ft. Three bedrooms . One bathroom. Full size kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Two decks, and a nice size back yard . Also, washer and dryer. Lots of closet space!
Guest access
Guests have access to all spaces on the A side of the duplex, except the storage shed.
