Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from/to Denver or Boulder or Red Rocks for activities like hiking and shopping. Local grocery stores and restaurant minutes away. Great as a home base for the group to drive to enjoy Colorado's front range and mountain destinations.
In the summer, paddle-boards and bikes will be available to rent upon request!
