- the apartment will be delivered clean but no cleaning will be done during the stay. Cleaning equipment is available. If you need a cleaning during your stay, you can only arrange it directly with the building's cleaning lady, who can clean it after 4:00 p.m. when you leave the office.

House Rules
Please note some simple rules for better use of the apartment:
- inform the check-in and check-out times;
- Enter the exact number of guests;
- Not allowed to stay overnight on the sofa;
- Maximum occupancy of 5 guests, no additional guests being accepted;
- no pets allowed;
- observe the rules of silence after 10pm;
- no parties are allowed in the apartment.
- If in doubt to use any equipment, ask before;
- any breakage or damage must be repaired by the guest;
- close all doors and windows, and turn off the air-conditioners when not in the apartment.
