" NOTE !!! OUR POOL is not operational from November 15 through March 1. The reason for this is that the pool is not heated, and after November 15, it will no longer be treated. We maintain high standards for our guests, and therefore, this amenity will not be available during this period.
Unfortunately, we are unable to grant access to the pool between these dates, as the water will not be treated and safe for use. Thank you for your understanding!

Please keep in mind that we prioritize the safety of our guests and visitors. As a result, the pool will be securely covered and sealed. Any tampering or attempts to uncover it are strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of our house rules "

When you arrive at the Luck of the Irish cabin, you are immediately drawn into the feeling of retreat and calm of the natural setting. The circular driveway makes it effortless to park multiple vehicles and is also well suited for pulling boat or ATV trailers. Located in Pine Hill West, just 3 minutes away from Hwy 259 and all that Hochatown/Broken Bow has to offer makes this cabin most desirable. With easy access to restaurants, Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Lake, and all of the other amenities and fun activities in the area! Accommodating up to 10 sleeping guests, this cabin delivers all the fun and convenience your family and loved ones will want to enjoy together. A bonus is the 50 amp/240 EV car charger for your electric vehicle too!

Walking up to the cabin you will take in the gorgeous wrapping deck with comfy spaces to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon quiet time. When you enter the front of the cabin, you are welcomed by warm wood and open spaces, incredible light, and comfortable places to settle in and relax. The great room has spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows which bring the outside in, as you enjoy views of nature and the mature pine forest that surrounds. Get cozy watching a movie on the 55" mounted TV or just enjoy watching the gas-lit fireplace flicker below as you start to unwind.

As you move through the main level you will find 2 generous bedrooms, separated to opposite sides of the house each furnished with king-sized beds and equipped with luxurious ensuite bathrooms for maximum privacy and comfort. There is a full-sized laundry facility closet, utility closet, and a sideboard that can double as a bar area or extra catch-all off the kitchen area.

Also part of the main open living area is the attractive Kitchen. You will find this beautiful space fully equipped with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare a full meal, including an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and Keurig Coffee Machine. The kitchen is fully stocked and supplied with all the essentials including dishes, flatware, and cookware. An additional beverage refrigerator is also included so that you have plenty of room for entertaining beverages during your stay!

Ascending the stunning wooden staircase, you will find yourself in an open loft that is set up as a fun and interactive Game Room, open to the great room below and with an adjacent full bathroom. The Game Room Loft has a mounted flat-screen television, a 9-foot shuffleboard table, a foosball table, and a vintage Arcade Cocktail table with 60 games including Mrs. Pacman, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, and many more. Bring all the fun of your childhood back into your vacation as you challenge your guests and family to lighthearted competition with any game of your choosing! Not only is the loft area full of fun and laughter, but it also offers extra sleeping accommodation with a comfortable Queen Size Sofa Sleeper with a memory foam topper. On this upper level, you also find a third private bedroom with a king-sized bed and dresser, plus a bonus outdoor covered deck providing an enjoyable shady spot for playing games or reading a book. Finally, there are 2 twin size rollaway beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses which are easily set up for your convenience for extra sleeping to share the fun with all your people!

When you venture out back through the kitchen, you will find yourself on a covered and spacious deck with so many choices of areas for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This expansive patio offers an outdoor fireplace with a mounted TV, perfect for watching a ball game or your favorite reality TV! Off to the left is access to the hot tub or cool pool and to the right are the steps down to the backyard. Kick back and relax after a day of fishing or hiking around the lake, your choice! Grill out or start a bonfire in the fire pit, while enjoying time together. Meals always taste better when you are outside sitting around the picnic table! Take a deep breath of the fresh air or pay attention to the lovely bird calls around you. Sometimes deer like to trot through the front or backyards to say hello too!

The string lights around the outdoor firepit add the perfect ambiance for roasting marshmallows or if you’re feeling competitive, challenge your pals to a friendly game of horseshoes or corn hole. And the kiddos will enjoy the playscape area too!

◆ Property's House and Security Rules ◆

Maximum Occupancy: 10, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
1 dog <50lbs allowed. No other types of pets allowed.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $500 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time.

No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Any tampering or attempts to uncover the pool cover in winter time strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of our house rules

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
