House with view of the SEA AND THE LAGOON WITH 180 DEGREES see more PHOTOS, with architectural design of magazine, modern rustico all open with glasses allowing visual of all the parts and integration with the nature, big style design loftAll in Wood, glass, stone and concrete, swimming pool with infinity edge to lagoon and sea, nature in abundance between the Atlantic forest being able to see prego monkeys, toucans blue crows and several others, birds and visuals, really a paradise that the photos speak better, and close to everything and with much privacy. facila access to everything the city offers. the house have already been made many TV commercials and famous advertisements!Wonderful neighborhood and quiet streets, but close to everything!It is on the top with paradisiac view type lookout!has an ascent of access to the house of 70 meters that all cars go up quietly! Just do not point out for some types of vans and big trucks! It can slide little! As we had 1 case the guests rented a van with a driver and the driver had not much experience had ended up skidding little! But nothing that is difficult! I live in the house and I go up several times a day with my family and children and it is quiet every day!

Beautiful archcitecture and great location.
Driveway was very steep and long. It got extremely hot without ac. Other than that it was a fantastic home.

Olá! Obrigado pelo elogio da casa! Sobre o ar condicionado, a casa tem pé direito alto e ventilação cruzada e é super fresca e só ficou muito quente que sua estádia coincidiu com os dias mais quentes dos últimos 10( anos da cidade com a temperatura chegando a 40 graus! Foi um acontecimento raro na cidade é realmente tudo ficou muito calor! A rampa tem somente 70 metros e todos os hóspedes sempre sobem tranquilamente! No seu caso acredito que o motorista que contrataram não quis subir a rampa pois o carro não devia estar apto! Ou seja com algum problema! Pois nunca tivemos esse problema antes! Além de eu morar na casa e subir e descer durante o dia varias vezes e ninguém tem problemas! Mas mesmo assume desculpe se foi algo que não pude ajudar!tambem empurrão site em todas as avaliações sempre tive 5 estrelas! Pena que me avaliou com 4 estrelas!obrigado!
