Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home directly on Austin's greenbelt. Literally on top of Barton Creek, this home is great for a family or a couple wanting peace, shade, direct access to trails and yet smack in the middle of town. The home features four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The Master and one of the upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom. A guest 1/2 bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen.
Please don't miss the detached studio in the back of the property that is 120 sq ft, perfect for an office or yoga. There is also a firepit an outdoor seating on the very edge of the property for sunsets, happy hour and reading. The house is fully furnished and ready to go. There are three separate living areas that can also accommodate sleeping, office, and other activity. Tons of natural light throughout the home.
Zilker Park and Barton Springs are also down the hill as well as amazing food off of South Lamar, two stepping at the world famous Broken Spoke and easy access to Downtown and South Congress. You couldn't ask for a better location to just chill!
