Two bedroom flat in Hoxton, sunny terrace, 10 mins from Old Street tube station

Our 2 bedroom flat is temporarily available whilst we are away on holiday. It is a top floor flat in a quiet part of Hoxton, only 10 mins walk from Old Street station, Zone 1. It has a bright living room and a sunny terrace overlooking the City.

We live here most of the time and are renting our home while we are on holiday.

The flat has two bedrooms and is located close to Old Street station (Hoxton/Shoreditch area). Each bedroom has a double bed and a space to work at a desk if needed. It is perfect for two couples or a family. Our place is NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES so please don’t book our home if you are intending to host one. This is a quiet building, our neighbours have little kids, so please keep the noise down in the evenings and at night-time.

We live here, so some of our personal items will be left in the flat (i.e. books, plants and clothes). But we will try to move our personal stuff out of the way as much as possible, to make sure your our guests have plenty of space. You will have at least two empty wardrobes at your disposal.

The apartment is on the 5th floor. We are proud of our fairly large (around 20m2) roof top terrace with plenty of space to hang out when the weather is good.

There is an open plan living/kitchen area which you are free to use if you wish to cook at home, and we will leave basic, non-perishable food stuff (coffee, tea, spices, sugar, oil, condiments, etc) in the kitchen for our guests to use.

We travel a lot too and understand how flexible check-in and check-out time can make a difference to the overall experience. If you need to check in early, or check out late, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
