Edgewater T2 #911- 2 BR + Hall Bunks!

This updated condo offers great space and some of the gulfs greatest views from Tower 2 at Edgewater Beach Resorts.

The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom, while bedroom two features a king bed with access to the unit's second bathroom. The unit also features a hallway bunk room with twin beds and sleeper sofa and a queen cabinet bed with convenient access to the unit's second bathroom.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2023 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach and check in on arrival day. If party checking in is under 25 they will be denied access.

Great Experience!

The condo was clean and well maintained. It was very homey and everything we needed was provided. Parking was easily accessible and there were plenty of spaces. Host was very friendly and communication was great! Overall, it was a great experience! Highly recommend.

Elevators/Cleanliness

Elevators broke twice during stay so 3 days with only 1 elevator for entire building.. Difficult to navigate getting to room with luggage and groceries.Kitchen floors dirty- a lot of dust under fridge. Walls in kitchen and bathroom had old food/etc stuck on it.Old sock found in couch bed Property manager very fast to respond to questions .

Nice place!

The room with the twin beds is the hall closest which worked out good for my boys. Place was clean and had basic kitchen supplies including coffee maker. The rules for the pool changed at edgewater since the last time i stayed there and the kids definitely disliked that. No balls in the pool no jumping in the pool.

Beautiful view and great location but condo needs some work.

The view from the condo was stunning! Great, safer, quieter location in PCB. Communication and checkin were easy. Beach, pools/hot tubs were great.The condo has been updated (master shower, furniture, paint, etc) however; the walls, trim, door stoppers, etc are not in great shape and were just painted over as opposed to fixing and replacing. The master shower has been updated and is beautiful however, the shower ceiling/toilet area is FULL of black mold. Not sure on the other bathroom. We were a party of 10 and took advantage of the 2 pullouts in the living room. The condo could use some more sheets, blankets and pillows. Worth mentioning, when the pullouts are out there is only one comfy chair and the dining set to sit at. It’s was easier to leave the pullouts out, causing limited comfortable seating. We had to buy scissors (left them) as there wasn’t any and the knife set is so dull we had trouble cutting lemons and limes!! I think we had 11 bath towels for 10 people so a few more would have been nice. Also, beach towels were not provided. The rubber wrist bands that are required to wear for beach/pool access were an absolute NIGHTMARE! It is stated in the condo that they need to be worn and if lost you are charged 25 per lost band (probably cost .10 to buy), BELIEVE IT! I was sadly charged 75 for 1 lost (understandable) and 2 broken bands. We had 7 kids and I will say loose, rubber bands are not the way to go when you’re swimming, playing volleyball, etc.
