Summary:
This gorgeous fully remodeled home is just minutes from Old Town, restaurants, and shopping as well as ASU for an easy commute. You can head right up along the canal for a fun afternoon in Old Town Scottsdale, or walk to the Desert Botanical Gardens to catch a sunset at Papago Park.
The Space:
An open layout with a huge door to the newly remodeled backyard provides tons of space for the whole group. The home features a large primary suite, two guest bedrooms, and a fourth room that doubles as a bedroom and office, complete with desk and office chair.
Guest Access:
Access is gained via smartlock.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, the best way to access Old Town Scottsdale is either by car, which takes only 5 to 10 minutes, or use the wonderful canal walking path to walk or bike, which takes between 15 and 25 minutes. We live in a quiet neighborhood and want to respect all of our neighbors. We are also walking distance from Papago Park!
Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft is easy to get, and you can park your car in the driveway!
