Shore Points Vacations managed property ~ ZERO TAXES proudly offered on ALL of our vacation rental properties!

ARN25L - Available weekly - 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level unit with parking. Great location within a block to all central beach/boardwalk action. Straight shot to downtown business district as well. Has parking, a/c, wifi. Shared laundry.

Upper unit 3BR 1.5 ba may also be available! ARN25U

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner.
Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from.
Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
Pet fee:$200, Cleaning Fee:$150, Refundable Security Deposit $250

Lack of communication

Contacted owner severe times to get some additional information before arrival never a response. Also due to accepting pets the couches were peed on and smelled horrible lady taking care of property took the cushion covers to be washed and witness the pee in the couches never returned them making one less place to sit all week also all the filters to the ac we’re disgusting had to clean myself and the smoke alarm battery was chirping when we arrived had to purchase a battery and change myself. Will not rent at this location again as i feel they dont upkeep the property Grass was long garbage area was a wreck
