A modern accommodation close to the sea and the Barbarossa beach.
Porto Azzurro center is only 15 minutes walk along the coastal path.
You can reach it also walking along the main street ... less stunning but nearest!
The apartment is approximately 45 square meters.
It consists of a spacious living room, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.
In the living room there is a sofa that becomes a single bed or double. Suitable for maximum four adults.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning / heating.
Private pergola terrace with table and 4 chairs. Private parking space.
Facilities: hairdryer, TV LCD, coffe maker, electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric iron.
Prices include: water consumption and electricity (air conditioning excluded).
Not included: mandatory final cleaning ( 60€ ).


Note (Jul 10, 2015) :
During the summer season we normally rent one or more whole weeks (check in/checkout on Saturday). Ask before if you are interested in a different period.
