Very cute clean cottage. Decorated for fall and very convenient to downtown Fredericksburg and all of the little shops. If you needed something from Walmart it was literally minutes away. Hot tub was an added bonus.

What a wonderful way to spend our 33rd Wedding Anniversary!! The property was everything we needed and more! The space, the decor, the amenities….and the location was absolutely perfect for all the things we wanted to do and see! I am a realtor, so I see properties all day long, and this one is by far one I would love to come back and visit again!

Was exactly as advertised. Was a nice little spot less than a 10 minute drive from the town center and a bunch of wineries. The Walmart is about a minute away which makes stocking up on food convenient. Was a great spot for a quick couples getaway!

Great stay in a fantastic location! The property was clean, spacious, and had modern amenities that made our visit very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi, and the available coffee in the mornings was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy check-in process, good location and it had everything we needed. It was perfect for 2 people. We didn’t use the hot tub. The people around us were quiet. The shower curtain and the fan needs to be replaced. There was used soap left in the shower but overall it was clean with nice decor.
