Located 2 blocks from West Main Street, this 1935 updated farmhouse is the perfect getaway! Light, bright and airy with a twist modern charm describes Ruscello perfectly! Upon entering the home you will find original bead board through out from the welcoming living room to the two split bedrooms, one on each side of the home, ideal for a couples retreat. Past the living area you will find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything you need for that culinary chef in your group! Flow on through the adorable dining room out the back door and you will find the hidden gem that is the heart of Ruscello! The outdoor living space is AMAZING! Trees surround the back of the property making an absolutely beautiful back drop to the open hot tub and fire pit! Soak away in the hot tub after a long day on Main Street, or gather around the fire pit with your favorite Texas wine, re-living your day's expeditions! Whichever you choose, you cannot go wrong at Ruscello!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Cozy and Charming

This cozy two bedroom house had everything we needed. I love that there were two separate bathrooms for each bedroom one with a beautiful claw bathtub and one with a rain shower. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub watching all the deer. The front porch swing and rockers were perfect for morning coffee. I will definitely be back again.

Quiet & Charming Stay

This cottage was just perfect for our 3-day stay in Fredericksburg! We are two older adults who enjoy well-equipped, clean and peaceful accommodations and this cottage lived up to all that. Great location to sample all that this sweet town has to offer. The hot tub was a nice bonus one night of our stay. The beds were comfortable. We like to come to Fredericksburg at least once a year and this cottage will definitely be on our “revisit” list.

Great little house with great beds! Very comfortable. In the house only suggestion would be to put window covering over the door windows to help with afternoon sun and privacy at night. We got in the hot tub but chlorine was so high and burned our eyes and we never got back in! This being said we would still highly recommend this great property.

I loved the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the porch swing! The deer visited the yard daily and were fun to watch. The house had all the little things we needed for our stay and I would go again. We didn't have time for the hot tub but it looked inviting. Very clean and tidy.

Sparkling Clean, Fresh & Colorful Decor

This small cottage was perfect for us. I invited a couple people to join us as it was a 2 bed/2bath, but it was their loss! The layout probably was not evident in VRBO photos, i.e., the need for the second bedroom occupants to cross the living room to get to either of the bathrooms, but many nice features compensated including a well stocked kitchen.
