Sunset Villa is a cozy 3 bedroom home within walking distance to Waves Market and Deli, Dollar General and other shopping. Only 2-mile drive to the Rodanthe Pier and 2.3-miles to the North Beach Public access. A 2-minute drive to the Salvo Day Use Sound area and Ramp 23. Short 3-minute drive to Highway 12 Amusements indoor/outdoor arcade and restaurants. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, comfortable living area and a sun/reading room. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare tasty meals coffee station next to dining area and extra dining seating at dividing bar. Washer and Dryer and one single bath and one in suite bath for the Master bedroom. Comfortable deck with plenty of seating and under house parking. Also features an outdoor fish cleaning area. Lots of board games for rainy day activity and horseshoe pits at the edge of huge, manicured lawn.
