Property manager will not give refund after finding drugs in room.

Good luck with communication with roompicks. I have tried and tried to get in contact with them regarding my refund. I have talked on the phone and submitted messages via text. I called the front desk immediately when my children found a drug needle where it had fallen from behind the full-size mirror, the hotel staff handeled the situation and told me they were refundeing me but to call Vrbo, the supervisor on duty called her manager and every party was aware. All the information is noted on the logs and it’s been 20+ days with no refund. This is absolutely ridiculous… Had one of my children picked up this needle we would’ve been in the hospital making sure neither one of my children had any kind of blood-borne illness. Absolutely unacceptable.
