This fully furnished 3/2 is the perfect vacation getaway. It is conveniently located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. This home has a spacious floor plan with a large fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, double sink area with a large walk in closet and a tiled walk in shower. The two additional guest bedrooms each feature a queen sized bed. There is a complimentary 2 person golf cart available.
With your temporary resident ID you will have access to over 50 golf courses and over 100 recreation centers, including 2 pools within walking distance. Your evenings will be filled with live music, great food, car shows, and markets at one of the near by squares.
This home does not allow pets. A copy of your ID will be required upon booking which must match the name on the credit card. Please note, for guest safety this home has 3 exterior cameras (driveway, front door, back door).
