What to expect:

The property is on dirt roads and will require a 4-wheel drive during heavy rain or snow. We will find a way to shuttle your group in if there is a last/minute storm.
The Master bedroom has one King bed
2nd bedrooms have 2 twins, living room has a Queen sofa bed
One additional roll-away bed and a Pac-N-Play.
The Wood Burning fireplace may be a first for some of you. Please reach out for instructions.
Exterior camera over garage for security.
Please keep garage, hot tub cover, and all doors/screens closed when not in use.
Antique Foosball table and a 10-in-one 48" game table with table tennis, pool etc. Mini Pickleball Court, `Dink Master Midnight` and pickleball paddles/balls also located in the garage. Corn Hole and Bocci Ball games.
Water hookup and 20 volt at RV space.
Gated rear yard with large front and back covered porches.
EV charger (with Tesla attachment) and washer/dryer located in the garage.

Country Cowboy Hot Tub Hideaway is next door on its own 20 acres. Book together for larger groups or multiple families.

Guests can use all 40 acres of the property and can bring their own Quads, bikes, dirt bikes, ATV`s, RV`s etc.
The driveway connects to the lower neighbor’s yard. When you find the gate on the South end of the property, that will be the property line.

EV charger is level 2 Wallbox Pulsar Plus J1772 and Tesla adapter.

This is pure country living at its finest with dirt roads and wildlife. Near the famous PTC hiking trails, Sea World, Borrego Springs, and casinos.

Large grocery stores and gas stations are at least 20 minutes away. Please do all your shopping and get gas before arriving. There are spices, olive oil, and condiments. Reach out if you have additional questions.
A text will be sent to your phone with instructions and QR code to access door key.
The gate code will be given out before arrival.
