A former back yard brewery has been fully renovated and transformed into a peaceful home. Steps to shops, restaurants & theaters. Walk to everything! The bedroom is a spacious loft that includes a queen bed and a work area. Full kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook a great meal. A shared backyard with outdoor cooking space includes a grill and a small patio for your use. Laundry facilities are in the main house and available once a week on Sunday. Hot tub not available.
