We had a wonderful stay while visting our son at MTSU. The home is beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. Very close to MTSU and everything else. Our hosts truly deserve a Dundie for Outstanding Hospitality ( If you stay here you’ll understand the reference, lol) - exceptional communication and genuine kindness from start to finish!We'd happily stay here again the next time we're in town.

Perfectly cozy location for family weekend

Owner was super helpful accommodating and communicating with us as we had a flight change that changed our stay. Loved everything about this beautiful cottage. The owners thought of every nice touch to make our stay comfortable. Especially enjoyed the Nespresso, back screened patio, and soft blankets. It was walking distance to MTSU and close the downtown area. I just wish we could have stayed longer! Hope to stay again.

Beautiful, clean charming home

We enjoyed our stay! This cottege is extremely clean, comfortable and close to everything. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Very comfortable beds and top of the line appliances. The neighborhood is very safe and quite. Great communication! We will definitely stay here again! True treasure in Murfreesboro

The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. Erik and Amber are amazing hosts. They answered all our questions prior to our long term stay. The home is tastefully decorated and well appointed. I loved sitting out in the screen porch drinking a nespresso in the mornings. The kitchen had what was needed to cook many of our meals. When we didn’t want to cook - we were walking distance from both downtown square and MTSU. We were excited when our house was finished but were sad to leave The Cottage.

Living room: The living room invites you to relax on an elegant leather couch or in plush armchairs, all illuminated by natural light from the beautiful plantation shutters. Enjoy a movie on the 55-inch SmartTV or choose from a selection of board games and card games for a fun evening in.

Kitchen: This space flows seamlessly into the recently renovated kitchen, which features a convenient coffee bar and a unique workstation sink that makes meal prep a breeze.

Bathroom: The well-appointed bathroom is stocked with essentials, including a hairdryer, toiletries, and luxury towel bath mats. For laundry, a high-efficiency Electrolux stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main bedroom.

Porch: Step outside to the peaceful screened-in back porch. Furnished with a cozy loveseat, it's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors in comfort.
