Elegantly furnished and decorated apartment in an impeccably maintained property that provides for complete relaxation time with the opportunity to enjoy the nearby famous Naples beach and marinas, dine at the restaurants and visit the shops on the 5th avenue and 3rd street, and for much more to discover in downtown Naples. Available for monthly and annual rent. The 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom apartment (544 sq ft) is on the 2nd floor, has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a common living area. It is comfortable for 2 people and one pet. The apartment is completely furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom, a big couch in the open living area, a dining table, and chairs. It has in-unit washer and dryer. There is a separate area for barbecue and outdoor dining (no pool). The apartment has one dedicated parking spot (open parking) in the premises of the building. The building has two storage rooms for bicycles and small beach equipment. It can be booked minimum for 30 days or one calendar month as per the City of Naples Ordinance and all bookings require rental agreement and application that is subject to HOA approval. What a great month we had in this wonderful apartment. The building and grounds are really nice and very well maintained. We spent several afternoons at the patio area just relaxing, reading, and visiting with our neighbors. The apartment was immaculate, cozy, and very comfortable (including the bed!). The posted pictures accurately reflect what the unit looks like. The location is perfect - an easy walk to 5th Avenue, 3rd Street, Tin City, and the beach. Milena is a great host - very friendly, attentive and always available if you have questions.

We had a great stay in this apartment, walkable to the beach, 5th Ave and 3rd Street areas. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Easy to check in with a lock box and Milena was reachable via whatsapp for any questions we had.

What a great, clean, and well stocked condo in the best location!! Everything you would need for an extended stay is there. Old Naples is a gem of a location and would highly recommend it. Milena was awesome to deal with and very accommodating. I already miss Naples and the easy walk to the glorious nightly sunsets!
