Ilana, sorry that you were disappointed. As you can see from past guest reviews on this and other platforms, we have a stellar rating. So your analysis seems to be an outlier. Cleanliness is our number one priority and we do our best to provide that each and every time. Sometimes there are some things that could have been cleaned better, and as you mentioned we take of that right away and send our professional cleaners to fix the issue We did tell you multiple times we had our professional cleaners coming to better clean the microwave, some drawers, and fully mop the unit again. You ignored our multiple messages letting you that we would happily have someone come to clean. We act proactively as to try not to burden our guests, so when you had some complaints about cleanliness, we took that as you'd like us come back and fix those minor issues. Had you asked us not to have our cleaners come, we of course would have respected that request. As for the garage door opener, sometimes previous guests return those to the front doorman. Sorry it was such an inconvenience to get it from them. Regarding the blinds and grills. We do not advertise to have blackout shades, just some curtains and we do not advertise to have a grill as it is in the process of being installed. We don't advertise to have either as to not have our guests set expectations of the unit having something it did not, which unfortunately you did.
