WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Ten guests sleep in five king beds across four spacious bedrooms. Two additional guests can use the queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress in the separate Speakeasy Lounge.

The upstairs splits into two separate wings. Each wing has its own full bathroom. The main-level primary suite has a private ensuite spa bath, plus there's a half bath near the entrance. Up to three family units can spread out with privacy.

The house is designed to work across generations. Grandparents appreciate the main-level suite. Adults gather in the chef's kitchen. Teenagers have the game rooms, karaoke, and pool. Younger children have indoor play areas, rock painting, and the Secretariat Mystery Adventure.

The pool and covered hot tub are open year-round. Optional pool heating is available by advance request for $70 per night for the entire stay. Seasonal temperature targets apply, and outdoor conditions can affect heating performance.

Two separate upstairs wings give multiple families their own sleeping zones, with a full bathroom serving each wing. Combined with the main-level primary suite, the layout gives up to three family units more privacy while keeping everyone under one roof.

Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack 'n Play, blackout window supplies, a humidifier, and one baby safety gate. A walk-in closet converted into a small children's play nook gives younger guests a spot to play. Convenient self check-in via the smart lock makes arrival simple.
